MCG Partner Paul Dunn will be speaking at APQC’s 2018 Process & Performance Management Conference in October, 2018, at the Houstonian Hotel in Houston.
The conference features a wide-range of programs exploring best practices to improve agility and performance, and will be attended by business leaders concerned with business process management, continuous improvement, and organizational performance. The presenters will provide the tools needed to advance process and improvement initiatives at the participants’ organizations.
Paul will be speaking on “Using Performance Management to Achieve Sustainable Cost Reduction.” He will discuss how leading companies have implemented enterprise-wide lean cost reduction programs to analyze and manage performance and increase organizational value. He will be discussing a method of comprehensive cost reduction analysis focused on functional and product costs as well as working capital efficiency. His talk will describe how to conduct an end-to-end analysis and manage a cost reduction program at an enterprise, business unit, region, or functional level, including how to identify key areas of potential significant opportunity for cost reduction.
