Erica Rogers

 

Erica joined Montgomery Coscia Greilich LLP in June 2005 and is currently an Income Tax Partner. Her primary disciplines include mid-market corporate multi-national tax compliance and planning, accounting period and methods issues, audit representation in income tax audits, tax provision calculations and consultation with respect to accounting for uncertainty in income taxes (FASB interpretation No. 48). She works with closely held entities as well as publicly traded companies.

Prior to joining the Firm, Erica spent over three years at KBA Group LLP. While at KBA, Erica was involved in tax compliance and planning services for partnerships, individuals, estates & trusts, non-profit organizations and multi-national corporations. Erica was also involved in various tax consulting engagements, including M&A analysis and IRS offer in compromise agreements. Currently, Erica’s clients operate in the high technology, manufacturing and retail sectors.

Erica received her Bachelor of Science and her Master of Science in Accounting from the University of North Texas in 2001. Erica is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
